- Excellent Knowledge on Ping Identity (Ping Federate,Ping Access, Ping Directory) Fundamentals:
o Installation and Configuration
o Application Onboarding, adapter development and customization
o OIDC, SAML, OAuth and Legacy access management concepts
- Highly skilled on access Management concepts:
o Enabling Single Sign On
o Understanding on AD and Directory services
o Understanding on CIAM Implementation, Identity federation and Fraud detection technologies
- UNIX/Linux experience, and scripting skills (shell, Perl, Python, etc.)
- Very good understanding of Identity and Access Management Lifecycle.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding on the infrastructure modules and inter dependent components for SSO
- Very good understanding in DevOps enablement with Ping Identity Products (Orchestration tool, Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
- Assist the offshore team in the development, requirement analysis, design and implementation of factory development
- Helping operations team, working with customer to identify applications fit for on-boarding in the existing system.
- Upgrade and enhance the system as per new releases and patches and fulfil new requirements.
- Experience in Onboarding of Applications with full technical integration
- Should have worked on at least 2-3 Ping Identity implementations
- Good to have 1-2 years of development experience on any programming language
- Should have in depth understanding of Access management components, its Architecture and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.
- Should have good experience of installation & configuration of Ping Identity products in Standalone and Cluster mode
- Should have ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level.
- Should be able to lead overall Ping Identity product configuration and implementation at On Premise and Cloud
- Should be able to generate dashboards as per business needs
- Should have performed a lead role in experience
- Should have good understanding of Operational processes
- Should have performed client-facing roles in past
- Should have worked with any international client in past
- Experience in any Identity Governance tool preferably Sailpoint Identity now
- Should have good exposure in End to End Access management testing functionalities
- Good experience in managing client relationship
