Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical QC Engineer with CSWIP 3.1 certification for a project at Por, Baroda. The role involves quality control and inspection activities for mechanical works in line with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical and welding QC inspections as per approved procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
- Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
- Coordinate and witness NDT activities as required
- Inspect fabrication, erection, and installation activities
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation and inspection reports
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and client representatives
Qualification & Experience
- CSWIP 3.1 certification – Mandatory
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mechanical QC / Welding Inspection
- Experience in industrial / EPC projects preferred
