Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Malayalam + English

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Malayalam and English to join our international voice process. If you have prior BPO/voice process experience and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for customer activation and reactivation.
- Assist customers with onboarding and completing their first transaction.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Meet process quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of Voice Process/BPO experience (Freshers are not eligible).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Mandatory).
- Versant Score of 5-6 preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Comfortable working 7 days a week with rostered weekly offs.
