Mavenbird Technologies Private Limited is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. If you have experience in international lead generation, IT services sales, and client acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify and connect with prospective international clients through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with the technical team for requirement discussions and project estimations.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
- Strong experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of software development services.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Web Development, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mobile Apps, AI, or Custom Software Development services.
- Experience working with international clients.
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
