Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager-Mining Clay & Chemials (Synthetic Polymer, Bentonite, Laterite, Ball Clay, Bleaching Earth, Organo Clay, Sea Salt, Bauxite, Kaolin, Ceramics, Chemicals, Etc.)
Experience Required - Minimum 4 Years or experience in any of the products below-
(Synthetic Polymer, Bentonite, Laterite, Ball Clay, Bleaching Earth, Organo Clay, Sea Salt, Bauxite, Kaolin, Chemicals. Ceramic,Lime Stone, Other Clay Etc.)
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, and competition.
- Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Company Products.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
- Conduct product presentations, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Optimise brand positioning and enhance customer engagement through content marketing and PR activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, digital marketing, and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in CRM tools, data analytics, and market trend analysis.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
