About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to engage with aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in starting or scaling their travel business.
This is a consultative business development role focused on understanding customer requirements, identifying serious prospects, and guiding them towards the right business opportunity through meaningful conversations.
This is not a telecalling or aggressive sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer background, business interests, and goals.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Explain our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) and business model clearly.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with the senior business consulting team.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with high-value clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and ask relevant questions.
- Confidence in handling premium business conversations.
- Good understanding of customer engagement and business development.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in service-based industries will be an added advantage.
