We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and communication-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales leads or closing deals.Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily phone calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Customer Relationship: Handle customer queries, resolve objections confidently, and maintain a polite tone.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Graduate degree is a plus.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or inside sales (Freshers are welcome).
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English (Regional languages are an advantage).
- Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening skills, and ability to handle rejection positively.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
