We are seeking a results-driven Senior Merchandiser to join our export Woven & garment manufacturing team. You will act as the vital bridge between international buyers and our factory production teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle—from initial product development and costing to final shipment—ensuring on-time delivery and strict adherence to global quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Buyer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international brands, managing design approvals, sample feedback, and order status tracking.
- Costing & Negotiation: Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), negotiate fabric and trim prices with vendors, and secure optimal profit margins.
- Production Tracking: Collaborate closely with the planning, cutting, sewing, and QA teams to monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendars and prevent factory delays.
- Sourcing Management: Oversee the procurement of yarn, fabrics, and specialized accessories according to the specific technical packs provided by buyers.
- Quality & Compliance: Coordinate lab testing, pre-production meetings, and final export inspections to guarantee total compliance with international buyer protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
