Job Summary
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Barshi is looking for energetic and dedicated Sports Teachers to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall development of students. Candidates should be passionate about sports activities, student engagement, and fitness training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical education and sports activities for students.
- Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports.
- Organize sports events, competitions, and fitness activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during sports sessions.
- Encourage teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students.
- Monitor students’ physical fitness and participation.
- Coordinate with school management for annual sports events and activities.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) / M.P.Ed.
- Relevant sports certifications will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong sports background may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and student management skills.
- Knowledge of multiple sports and fitness activities.
- Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
