Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates with a background in Hotel Management or Hospitality to join our team. This role involves supporting patient hospitality services, coordinating meal arrangements, and contributing to a positive experience for patients and their attendants within our rehabilitation facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meal requirements and dining schedules for patients and attendants.
- Ensure prompt distribution of meals and refreshments while maintaining service standards.
- Work closely with cafeteria and facility teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Assist in addressing service requests and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Support hospitality-related activities and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, customer relations, healthcare support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented attitude with strong organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
