We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations, multi-branch accounting, and regulatory compliances. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, consolidate accounts across our various salon locations and verticals, and provide management with accurate financial insights to support our strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Consolidation: Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow, and bank reconciliations for multiple branches (Salons, Nail Studios, and Academy).
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and corporate filings.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements) to the management.
- Inventory & Vendor Accounting: Track inventory valuation for salon products/backbar supplies, oversee accounts payable, and manage timely vendor payments.
- Payroll & Revenue Audit: Reconcile daily point-of-sale (POS) settlement collections (Cash, Card, UPI) against salon software logs and manage monthly staff payroll accounting (including commissions/incentives).
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses across locations, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Audit Coordination: Lead internal audits and coordinate smoothly with external auditors for annual financial closures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Inter-CA, or Inter-CMA.
- Experience: 5+ years of core accounting experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, salon, or service industry dealing with multiple retail outlets.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Tally Prime (or advanced accounting ERPs), retail POS software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian statutory laws, GST compliance, TDS mechanisms, and payroll regulations.
- Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
