Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately to patients
- Review prescriptions to ensure correct dosage and avoid drug interactions
- Provide guidance on medication usage, side effects, and storage
- Counsel patients on health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain patient records and medication histories
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Administer vaccinations (depending on regulations)
- Supervise pharmacy staff and technicians
