Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address complaints and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
- Follow-ups: Keep in touch with customers for feedback, renewals, or service updates.
- Sales Support: Assist in upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate.
- Data Management: Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track interactions.
