Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Injection Moulding manufacturing, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing production, quality, supply chain, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete plant operations, ensuring smooth manufacturing activities.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers.
- Drive P&L performance and improve EBITDA through operational excellence.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Improve plant productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely production planning and on-time delivery.
- Monitor quality standards and drive process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Injection Moulding manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience working with OEM customers.
- Expertise in Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Safety management.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and EBITDA improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing, with significant experience in plant leadership roles.
