Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliation, invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting across India and US entities. The role requires strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Tally, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across strict monthly deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Operations
- Daily bookkeeping and categorization of US bank accounts and credit cards across multiple entities in QuickBooks
- Create and manage IC bills, sales invoices, and vendor payments in QuickBooks
- Weekly QuickBooks reconciliation with bank statements
- Monthly P&L review, analysis by location, and accrual vs cash tracking
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
- Create and send sales invoices to hospitals, sites, and corporate clients in QuickBooks
- Track and follow up on unpaid invoices; maintain AR ageing reports
- Reconcile admin panel invoice status against QuickBooks records
- Process refunds and void invoices as requested
India Finance & Compliance
- Monthly TDS, ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax payments within deadlines
- Coordinate with CA for HDFC bank statement categorization and bookkeeping
- Quarterly TDS return filing (24Q & 26Q)
- Annual Form 16 preparation and employee distribution
- Manage office expense payments , rent, utilities, vendor payments, insurance
Payroll Support
- Support India payroll processing , FnF, reimbursements, ad hoc payments, loan deductions
- Approve employee expense reimbursements via Keka software
- Manage Pluxee/Sodexo meal card additions and monthly refills
Reporting
- Prepare staffing hour reconciliation, travel spend reports, and AR ageing reports
- Monthly P&L review with leadership
- Provide financial data for transfer pricing audits and annual financial summaries
- Filing of 1099s and W2s for US entities annually
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping roles
- Hands-on working knowledge of QuickBooks , mandatory
- Proficiency in Tally , mandatory
- Strong MS Excel skills , reconciliations, trackers, and financial reports
- Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance , TDS, PF, ESIC, PT
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Good English communication for US stakeholder coordination
- Prior exposure to US accounting or US client-facing finance roles is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience in a staffing, healthcare, or US-process company
- Familiarity with Keka HRMS for expense approvals
- Basic understanding of US payroll, 1099s, and W2 filing
