Job Description – Computer Operator
We are looking for a Computer Operator with strong and advanced computer knowledge to manage day-to-day office data, documentation, and system-related work efficiently. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, internet applications, email handling, data entry, report preparation, and general computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and office documentation.
- Prepare and maintain data records, reports, spreadsheets, and MIS.
- Work efficiently on MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Perform data entry, data verification, and file management with accuracy.
- Maintain digital records, attendance, salary sheets, and other office databases.
- Operate printers, scanners, and other computer-related office equipment.
- Manage internet-based tasks, online forms, official portals, and document uploads.
- Troubleshoot basic software, system, and printing issues.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure timely backup, confidentiality, and proper organization of office data.
Required Skills:
- Advanced computer knowledge and strong typing/data handling skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet applications.
- Knowledge of formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, and report preparation in Excel.
- Ability to handle emails, PDFs, scanning, printing, and digital documentation.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate / 12th pass with strong computer knowledge.
- Computer course certification will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in office, admin, or computer operator work will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
