Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team
- Develop strategies to generate new business and increase advertising sales
- Identify potential clients and promote outdoor advertising solutions
- Present advertising opportunities at Metro Pillars, Bus Shelters, Center Medians, and other outdoor media locations
- Build partnerships with local businesses, brands, and advertising agencies
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets
- Negotiate and close high-value advertising deals
- Expand advertising network and business opportunities in new locations
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Eligibility
- 3–6 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- Experience in Advertising / Media / Outdoor Advertising preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
