Telovas is hiring a Backend Engineer to build the Core Engine and backend services for its configurable enterprise SaaS platform. The role involves developing secure, multi-tenant services, business-rule engines, workflows, APIs, integrations and data-processing pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement tenant, organisation, identity and authorization services.
- Build configurable rules, workflows, audit and notification capabilities.
- Develop REST APIs, background jobs and event-driven integrations.
- Implement PostgreSQL schemas, migrations and Row-Level Security.
- Build Excel/CSV import, validation and reconciliation workflows.
- Write unit, integration, contract and tenant-isolation tests.
- Contribute to the DataTrust Vendor Master product.
Required skills
- Strong Python, FastAPI or similar backend-framework experience.
- PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy and database-design expertise.
- REST APIs, OpenAPI and asynchronous processing.
- Redis and Kafka/RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging.
- Docker, Git and CI/CD.
- Strong testing and secure-coding discipline.
- Enterprise SaaS or configurable-product experience is preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
