Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our range of knee support products, including sports kneecaps, compression sleeves, orthopedic knee braces, and rehabilitation supports. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling healthcare, orthopedic, sports medicine, or sports protection products through distributors, dealers, hospitals, pharmacies, sports retailers, and institutional buyers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for kneecap and knee support products.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Generate business opportunities in sports stores, pharmacies, orthopedic clinics, hospitals, physiotherapy centers, and sports academies.
- Expand market reach in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers and healthcare professionals.
Channel & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, physiotherapy centers, and institutional customers.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with clients.
Market Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for launching new products and expanding product categories.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Train team members and channel partners on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM systems.
- Track inventory requirements and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in orthopedic products, medical devices, sports supports, healthcare products, or sports equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of kneecaps, knee braces, compression supports, or orthopedic products.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and market development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Sports injury prevention products
- Existing relationships with sports retailers, hospitals, orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, and distributors will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
