Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the hospital to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric services. The role involves coordinating with various departments, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and assisting in the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily hospital operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure high standards of patient service and promptly address operational issues.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and service turnaround times.
- Assist in implementing hospital policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and internal quality protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
- Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely availability of operational resources.
- Support inventory monitoring and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.
- Handle patient feedback and coordinate with departments for effective resolution.
- Assist in planning and executing hospital events, health camps, and operational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support quality enhancement projects.
- Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the Hospital Administrator.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and strong communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
