Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Executive to join our operations team at Knya. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics coordination, production operations, and day-to-day operational execution, with hands-on exposure to barcode printing, labeling coordination, courier bookings, packaging support, and end-to-end logistics handling. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain and daily dispatch operations run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics coordination, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily dispatch and operations tasks.
- Handle barcoding, labeling, printing, packaging support, and production operations as required.
- Book and coordinate with logistics partners including Porter, Blue Dart, and other courier and freight vendors.
- Liaise with warehouse, production, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
- Track shipments, monitor dispatch schedules, and maintain visibility over inventory movement across channels.
- Maintain accurate operational reports, tracking sheets, documentation, and dispatch records.
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of prior experience in logistics, sourcing, operations, production coordination, or supply chain roles.
- Hands-on exposure to barcoding, printing, dispatch management, and courier handling.
- Familiarity with logistics partners and platforms such as Porter, Blue Dart, Delhivery, or similar.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
Good-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or fashion/apparel supply chain environment.
- Exposure to ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Understanding of freight cost optimisation and carrier selection.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
