Research & Development (R&D) Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development and innovation of skincare, haircare, makeup, and personal care products. The role involves formulation development, ingredient research, product testing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality cosmetic products.
Job location - Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development from concept to launch.
- Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations.
- Research market trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.
- Manage product testing, stability studies, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and GMP requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Lead and mentor the R&D team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cosmetic product development.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic formulations.
- Understanding of cosmetic regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
