3-5 years of work experience Primary - Sales Force Design Test Cases/ Scenarios as per requirements. Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes. Maintain workplace discipline and adhere to organization standards. Provide status updates on daily, weekly, monthly basis to test manager and Project Manager. Daily reporting to Onsite / Offshore Test Manager. Strong experience in Salesforce testing (SFDC). Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud modules. Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.). Understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies. Hands-on in API testing / integration testing (preferred). Exposure to automation tools (Selenium / Provar / Copado / similar) is an advantage.
