Daily role: Maintains activities, support role for operate requirements, Incidence management, working on enhancement, fixing the bugs, working with vendor on applying the patches, working on production support issues, fixing bugs, enhancements, release & upgrade activities, Application & Maintenance role .
HCM
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite (HCM/GHR, FSM) and third-party systems or legacy platforms.
- Utilize Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) to manage BODs (Business Object Documents) and map data transformations.
- Build and manage APIs, web services, and data conversion scripts.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and business rules using Infor Process Automation (IPA/IPD).
- Configure and support Infor Landmark technology runtime environments using Configuration Console/LPL.
- Manage application security, including configuration of standard security classes, roles, and actor sets.
- Assist in tenant management, patching, and multi-tenant environment maintenance.
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and extracts using Infor’s toolsets (e.g., Application Studio, Birst Analytics).
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for system bugs, integration failures, and workflow errors.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enforce system best practices.
- Support testing activities for system upgrades, updates, and hotfixes.
Expertise
- Integration Expertise: Proven experience with Infor ION, IPA, API web services (REST/SOAP), and data mapping.
- Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, XML/XSLT, and system interface design.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving, ability to translate functional requests into technical designs, and strong communication skills.
- Bonus Qualifications: Infor Certifications, previous experience with Infor Lawson migrations, and domain experience in Healthcare, Public Sector, or Financial Services.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot application errors, monitor system health, manage application logs, perform root-cause analysis on back-end process failures, and support time clock devices (e.g., Infor Touchscreen Clocks).
- Design, build, and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces (for employee data imports and time/labor exports) using Infor WFM APIs, XML, and ETL tools.
- Implement and troubleshoot complex pay rules, accrual policies, and attestation workflows within the WFM platform.
Expertise
- Infor WFM Core: Deep understanding of WFM architecture, modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals), and back-end job execution.
- Database & SQL: High proficiency in writing complex SQL queries against relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server) for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Integration & APIs: Experience with Infor WFM integration tools, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats like XML and CSV.
- Scripting: Working knowledge of scripting languages like Groovy or Infor’s proprietary LPL is highly desirable.
- Background: Experience supporting testing cycles (UAT, parallel payroll), writing technical documentation (design specs, runbooks), and working in global consulting or support environments.
Pay: ₹3,700,000.00 per year
