Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Coordinate with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and service coordination.
- Ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Sales Coordination
- Follow up on leads and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Operations & Production
- Coordinate production schedules with the factory team.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Monitor dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams when required.
Team Management
- Supervise office and production staff.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and task completion.
- Conduct daily operational reviews.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track pending orders, production status, dispatches, and customer follow-ups.
- Support management in achieving business goals.
- Requirements
- Graduate, Engineer, or MBA.

- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, engineering equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience handling teams and customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Experience:
