- Fluency in Tamil/ English (verbal and written communication)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech (preferred)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Good listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and chats
- Communicate professionally with customers in both Tamil and English
- Escalate issues when required and ensure proper follow-up until closure
