- Prepare and maintain export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Shipping Bills
- Bills of Lading
- Certificates of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificates
- Insurance Documents
- Other country-specific export documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customers.
- Verify shipment details and ensure document accuracy.
- Track shipment status and maintain records.
- Update export data in ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Interest in international trade, logistics, and exports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Students pursuing or recently completed degrees in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export Management, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of export-import procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
