- Contact potential clients via phone to promote our hair transplantation, skin care treatments.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and benefits.
- Schedule consultations for interested clients and ensure proper follow up.
- Address client questions and concerns, offering personalized solutions based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the clinic.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage front office paper works of clients.
