Fabric Pandit is a growing fashion and apparel brand committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional products. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has experience hiring for the fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters and support the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Retail industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
