We are looking for an Unreal Engine Artist with 2+ years of professional experience who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and artistic vision. You will be responsible for building, lighting, optimizing, and enhancing breathtaking real-time environments and assets within Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities
Environment & Scene Assembly: Import, set up, and assemble 3D assets, textures, and materials within Unreal Engine to create cohesive, high-quality environments.
Lighting & Look Development: Implement realistic or stylized lighting, atmospheric effects, and post-processing using Lumen, Ray Tracing, and other UE5 rendering features.
Material Creation: Create, customize, and optimize reusable master materials and shaders.
Optimization: Profile and optimize scenes by reducing draw calls, managing polygon counts, texture memory, and overall rendering performance while maintaining visual quality.
Cinematics & Animation: Utilize Sequencer for camera setup, animation, and rendering high-quality cinematic outputs.
Blueprint & C++ Integration: Develop and implement basic gameplay mechanics, scene logic, and interactive elements using Blueprints. Collaborate with developers to integrate or modify features using C++ when required.
Collaboration: Work closely with 3D Artists, Modelers, Concept Artists, Technical Artists, and Developers to ensure seamless asset integration and project delivery.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) in a production environment (Games, VFX, ArchViz, Virtual Production, or Commercials).
Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating exceptional lighting, composition, environment creation, material development, and optimization within Unreal Engine.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Blueprints for scene logic, interactions, and basic gameplay systems.
Working knowledge of C++ in Unreal Engine for implementing gameplay features, extending engine functionality, or collaborating effectively with programmers.
Experience with UE5 technologies including Lumen, Nanite, Virtual Texturing, and Ray Tracing.
Familiarity with industry-standard 3D tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
Understanding of real-time rendering workflows, optimization techniques, and performance profiling.
Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality visual results under production deadlines.
Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Niagara VFX.
Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce.
Experience working on games, virtual production, automotive visualization, architecture visualization, or cinematic projects.
Basic scripting or programming knowledge beyond Blueprints is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
