Job Summary:
Catalyst Education is looking for energetic and passionate Academic Counsellors to join our Calicut branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Malayalam & English communication preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in counselling, telesales, or customer handling
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with students and parents
