Job Summary
- Responsible for managing and monitoring operations of skill development programs and ensuring smooth implementation of training activities under skilling projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-day operations of skill training centres, Stakeholders, Awarding body and programs
- Ensure effective implementation of training schedules as per project guidelines
- Coordinate with training centers, trainers, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Efficiently manage and operate all scheme-related government and internal portals, ensuring accurate data entry, timely updates, and compliance with reporting requirements
- Monitor trainee enrollment, attendance, and training progress
- Ensure compliance with project norms, quality standards, and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate MIS data, reports, and documentation related to skilling programs
- Support mobilization and onboarding of trainees in coordination with field teams
- Conduct regular visits/monitoring of training centers (if required)
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement in training delivery
- Coordinate assessments, certifications, and placement-related activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for project execution
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of skill development ecosystem
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple training centers/projects
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in skilling, training operations, CSR projects, or development sector programs
