We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing digital marketing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI through performance campaigns.
- Manage PPC campaigns, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
