Job Summary:
Nakshatra Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to handle quotation follow-ups and email communication with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of maintaining professional relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations through email and phone calls.
- Draft, send, and reply to professional emails.
- Maintain records of quotations, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team for updates on proposals and client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up to increase conversion rates.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with customer interactions and status.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, BCA or equivalent).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in customer communication, sales coordination, or quotation follow-up.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
