Job Summary
Elegance Style Lounge is looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with clients, fixing appointments, meeting customers directly, and promoting company services/products including Marketing lead development services and other business solutions.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Visit clients directly and explain company services/products
- Coordinate with customers and maintain regular follow-ups
- Schedule and manage appointments with clients
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Promote ambulance services and other company offerings
- Build and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports
- Work closely with the management and sales team
- Bring new business opportunities to the company
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two can apply
- Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year sales experience are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Must own a bike and valid driving license
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
