Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Software & AI Team Lead to build and lead our internal technology transformation function. This role will act as the bridge between business operations and technology execution while driving AI adoption, software optimization, workflow automation, and digital innovation across departments.
You will lead a team of 5–6 members, coordinate with external development partners, and implement scalable software and AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Software Management
- Own and manage internal software operations, troubleshooting, and system reliability.
- Handle software, cloud, AI, and IT-related issues including bug resolution, downtime management, and process optimization.
- Manage customized software platforms and ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Lead frontend and/or backend architecture decisions and technical execution.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and manage an internal team of 5–6 members.
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Coordinate with external software vendors and development teams.
- Drive project execution, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
AI & Automation Transformation
- Design and implement AI-powered workflow automation across Sales, Accounts, Admin, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations.
- Build internal AI knowledge systems, chatbot workflows, and structured documentation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and AI tools.
- Support AI implementation for both internal and customer-facing use cases.
Integration, Analytics & Adoption
- Manage API integrations and platform connectivity.
- Support AI-powered reporting, analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Participate in software testing, UAT, implementation, and employee onboarding.
- Train teams on new digital tools and increase organizational adoption.
Required Skills
- 5–7+ years of software development and technical leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Frontend and/or Backend technologies
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with cloud environments and system administration
- API integration and automation experience
- Exposure to AI tools, automation workflows, and productivity platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing workflows
- Understanding of content/video creation processes
- Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Exposure to AI agents, LLMs, and internal AI enablement initiatives
- Experience working with ERP/Custom Software environments

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
