We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Training Manager to design, implement & oversee training strategies for our Sales & Marketing teams in the Textile Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing performance through competency based training programs, upskilling front line sales team & aligning training goals with business objectives.
Required proven experience in training sales teams preferably in the textile or, apparel sector. Min 5- 7 years of experiences
Job Responsibilities:
* Design & deliver effective sales & product training programs tailored to textile & garment products (B2B)
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Product Development teams to ensure consistent & updated product knowledge.
* Coach & mentor sales staff to improve field performance, soft skill & closing techniques.
*Drive induction programs for new sales & marketing hires.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
