Job Description – Civil Supervisor

Project Duration: Approximately 4 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors and vendors for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor manpower, materials and work progress at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management regarding project status.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned project within the defined timeline.
Contract & Incentive Structure
- This is a contractual/project-based position.
- If the assigned project is successfully completed within 3 months, an incentive of ₹9,000 will be payable.
- If the project is completed within 4 months, an incentive of ₹4,000 will be payable.
- No additional incentive will be payable beyond 4 months.
- Incentive will be subject to successful completion of the assigned work and approval by the management.
Required Skills & Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of basic civil works, measurements, materials and manpower handling.
- Strong supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and complete work within deadlines.
- Willingness to work at the project/site location as required.
Note: The position is purely project-based and the engagement will be subject to the completion of the assigned civil work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
