Ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of all measuring instruments through calibration.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for calibration planning and AMC management.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and maintain all related records.
Manage the Standard Room, consumables, and documentation.
Perform CMM measurement and programming.
Conduct and approve First-Off and Patrol Inspections.
Carry out Layout Inspections.
Interpret and understand product drawings and specifications.
Maintain Measurement System Analysis (R&R) and SPC activities.
Handle and maintain measuring instruments such as:
Hardness Tester
Millipore Equipment
Spring Load Tester
Other precision measuring instruments
Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Understanding of steel and casting products.
Knowledge of machine shop and assembly processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exp: 5 to 10years in Quality, Metrology, Calibration, or Inspection functions within manufacturing environments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
