Job Description – Junior Civil Engineer
We are hiring Junior Civil Engineers for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Position Details

- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of site execution experience in multi-storey building projects
- Salary: 28,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for multi-storey residential/commercial projects.
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Assist senior engineers and project managers in planning and execution activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of civil construction practices and site management.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and multi-storey building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate or multi-storey building projects will be preferred.
- Should be willing to work from the project site in Raipur.
