Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team, serving US-based customers. In this role, you will interact with customers over phone calls, address their concerns efficiently, and deliver an outstanding service experience while achieving operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, billing, payments, returns, and account services.
- Identify customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and productivity benchmarks.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience on every call.
Eligibility Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.
- Exceptional freshers with excellent spoken English may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekly rotational offs.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
