About the Role
Grace Finnovation Private Limited is looking for highly motivated Business Development Consultants to generate new business opportunities from US. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong networking, sales, and client acquisition skills who are confident in closing outsourcing and service-based projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the US
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, Upwork, Freelancer, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule meetings and present company services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Negotiate project terms and assist in closing deals.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and CRM tools is preferred.
