Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu (On-site)
We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing and export business in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about financial analysis and business performance, with opportunities to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor profitability and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Perform cash flow analysis and support working capital management.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare financial models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA qualification.
- Tally Knowledge is MUST
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in financial analysis are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in the manufacturing or export industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
