About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled professional who enjoys working with data, technology, automation, and modern tools and systems. This role combines analytics, system building, integrations, and workflow automation, making it ideal for someone who likes solving business problems through technology. You will work on dashboards, automations, integrations, internal tools, and data-driven workflows that directly support business operations, efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines that extract and process data from APIs, databases, and third-party tools into clean and usable data systems
- Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio or Power BI to support business tracking and decision-making
- Set up automations that reduce repetitive manual work and improve operational efficiency
- Build lightweight internal tools and AI-powered workflows using platforms like n8n
- Develop full-stack features using React or Vue with Supabase as the backend
- Analyze data patterns and translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand and operations teams
- Take ownership of projects from planning and development to testing and deployment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure reliability, consistency, and governance across data systems
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in a data, analytics, or tech-focused role
- Comfortable working with SQL, databases, ETL pipelines, and data workflows
- Familiar with BI tools like Looker Studio or Power BI
- Have worked with APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations before
- Can use Python, JavaScript, or similar languages to automate or build things
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflows and productivity
- Good at debugging and solving problems independently
- Understands basic business metrics and can turn messy problems into practical solutions
Good to have
- Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- Some frontend experience with React, Vue, or related frameworks
- Exposure to tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, or Airflow
- Understanding of e-commerce or D2C metrics such as AOV, LTV, and Conversion Rate
- Built side projects, internal tools, or anything independently outside regular work or academics
Tech Stack: Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, React/Vue, Supabase, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Webhooks, ETL Pipelines, n8n, and modern AI-assisted tools.
