Chenab Impex is one of India's leading importers of gourmet food products, headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Bangalore and Delhi.
What is the role?
We need someone to handle day-to-day billing, invoicing, and basic accounting at our Bangalore office. You will prepare invoices using Tally, coordinate with the warehouse team on dispatches, track payments, and maintain records.
What will you do?
Prepare and process sales invoices in Tally
- Coordinate with the warehouse on stock and dispatch
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
- Maintain billing records and basic MIS reports
- Support the Mumbai accounts team with documentation as needed
Who should apply?
1-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or basic accounting. Must know Tally well. Should be comfortable with Excel. Commerce graduate preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
