We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Book appointments and coordinate with customer till they reach hospital.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times.
- Coordinate on documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals.
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate or MBA is an added advantage.
- 0-4 years of prior experience in customer support (Voice process).
- Fresher’s considered, but minimum graduation required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hustle and get things done attitude.
- Openness to work in a dynamic, moving heads-up environment.
