- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, notify staff of their arrival, and maintain office security by issuing visitor badges and tracking logbooks.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages and responding to email inquiries.
- Clerical Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, sort daily mail, and assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying.
