Academic Counselor – Mumbai
We’re hiring passionate Academic Counselors to help students choose the right courses and build successful careers in the analytics industry.
What You’ll Do
- Counsel students on courses, careers, and admissions
- Follow up with leads and drive enrollments
- Conduct online/offline counseling sessions
- Guide students through the admission process
- Maintain student records in CRM systems
- Work closely with marketing and admissions teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales
- Strong English communication and convincing skills
- Energetic, target-driven, and student-focused personality
- Comfortable with lead conversion and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
