About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and expand our school-based innovation and skill development solutions, including Composite Skill Labs, Robotics, AI, Coding, STEM, Maker Spaces, AR/VR, EV, and Aerospace Labs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with schools, principals, and management teams.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote Composite Skill Labs as per CBSE skill education initiatives.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand school requirements and propose customized lab solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with technical and training teams during project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel and meet school stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of education technology, STEM, Robotics, or AI is an advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred).
