Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist prospective and current students in making informed academic decisions, guide them in selecting suitable courses or programs, and support them throughout the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on available courses, programs, and career pathways.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable academic options.
- Assist students with admissions, enrollment, and application procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Provide support and resolve student queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
